Do đặc điểm của nhà ống chỉ có một mặt mở, ba mặt đóng, các kiến trúc sư đã quyết định đặt giếng trời ở phía sau trong cùng để giải quyết bài toán lấy sáng và thông gió.
Cây xanh được trồng dọc theo giếng trời cũng như tại nhiều điểm có ánh sáng tự nhiên trong nhà.
Không gian đầu tiên bắt gặp tại tầng hai là căn bếp cùng bàn ăn nhỏ.
Căn bếp thiết kế đơn giản, sử dụng vật liệu chính là đá và gỗ tạo cảm giác tinh tế.
Khác với nhiều căn nhà ống, công trình này có cầu thang đặt ở giữa nhà, chia không gian nhà thành hai phần là giếng trời và không gian sinh hoạt.
Tầng ba gồm phòng sinh hoạt chung và phòng ngủ chính.
Nhờ giếng trời lớn, thông suốt nên toàn bộ các tầng nhà đều đón được ánh sáng tự nhiên.
Phòng sinh hoạt chung nối với phòng ngủ qua một hành lang nhỏ.
Hành lang được thiết kế đón sáng tốt, đủ ánh sáng tự nhiên để đọc sách trên dãy bàn dài thanh thoát.
Phòng ngủ chính với ban công hướng ra khu dân cư.
Cửa ra ban công được thiết kế là cửa trượt để tiết kiệm không gian.
Lưới thép họa tiết được sử dụng thay tường để tạo độ thoáng cho phòng.
Bồn rửa đi kèm phòng ngủ cùng tông đá với kệ bếp, tạo sự nhất quán trong thiết kế.
